211-65 - all versions - Directv sales order - bug fix - the Jadeworld programming selection was intermittently showing as selected when it was not - this has been fixed.
211-65 - all versions - SMS text messaging - text messages can now be automatically scheduled to be sent to customers to confirm the next days scheduled job - the daily send time can be set by the user in program setup. A pre-defined text message list can be created in program setup that allows the user to select from a drop list the pre-made text message to be sent. The pre-defined text messages can have data tokens inserted for scheduled date, scheduled time, user logged, and customer name.

211-64 - all versions - SMS text messaging has been added to CommPay. Text messages can be sent to and received from customers and technicians directly from within a job, customer, or staff record with a single button click. All sent and received text messages are saved as a permanent record in the job record, customer record, or staff record, as applicable. An external GSM modem with a text-enabled SIM card is required for this.
211-64 - HughesNet version - RS&I dealer - RS&I Hughes service order - the service order window now has two additional tabs that show dealer funding and the paperwork and picture list. The picture and paperwork list allows the user to click on the link and have the image displayed in a browser window.

211-62 - all versions - a new CommPay image processor has been added as a stand-alone service. This replaces the image processor that was previously located in the CommPay automation service.
211-62 - all versions - a visual warning is now displayed on the document tab in the job record for Geo-tagged images in job records that do not have the same latitude and longitude stamp. The latitude and longitude comparison offset is user definable. The purpose of this new feature is to flag jobs where the technician's pictures may not have been taken at the location of the job site.
211-62 - all versions - a job image can have a white-board manually added if the image is imported via the image handler rather than uploaded via the tech portal or emailed from the technician.

211-61 - all versions - CommPay can now be set to extract the Geo-tagging information from any job image file. The image latitude and longitude along with the image create date and time are permanently save as part of the job's image data. A button has been added to the image handler window that will display a Google Map of the location that the image was taken. For HughesNet jobs CommPay can be set to add a white-board space at the bottom of any technician-uploaded image that shows the FSO number, the SAN number, the technician's Hughes ID number, the date/time stamp of the picture, and the latitude and longitude of the picture.
211-61 - all versions - image handler - job images can now have a caption added to be bottom of the image via the image editor in the job image handler.
211-61 - all versions - Directv satellite sales - bug fix - submitting a Directv sale when the default browser was IE9 caused a drop of the selected base package. This has been fixed.

211-25 - all versions - technician and sales persons payments have been redesigned into a single window for all jobs types and is now referred to as staff payments. A new button has been added to all job type windows that shows the staff payments window for the job - the new staff payment window replaces the technician payment tab on the job window. Invoice item sales commissions are now active for all job types.

This allows the user to display a visual calendar of the current job schedule with technician job assignments and slot availability shown - the user can then click the mouse on a calendar date/time and automatically set the date, time, and technician in the job record.
