This has been fixed.110-70 12/29/2007 dns version - dns job record notes - notes in the dns job record can now only be added to – not edited or deleted. Similar to econnect notes, all job notes can be viewed but there is a separate entry field for new notes to be added and a "add new notes" button. Whenever someone adds or deletes inventory in the job record a date/time stamped note is added to the view-only notes – a permanent unchangeable record. The notes added show the date, time, user logged, and the part number/receiver caid that was added or deleted. This also applies to deleting to-be-returned, has-been-returned, and RA records.110-70 12/28/2007 dns and point-of-sale versions - onhand inventory report - general inventory detail can now be viewed. This allows for the viewing of all assignments for a single non-serialized part number.110-70 12/28/2007 dns version - when econnect auto-import imported a rescheduled job the job date was being rescheduled in the job record but the job AM/PM was not being changed. This has been fixed. Also, the printed econnect work order was not displaying changes to the job date/time unless the econnect workorder was re-viewed. This has been fixed.110-70 12/26/2007 dns version - RA automation is complete. CommPay automatically receives the RA number emails, locates the RA record and inserts the RA number. Econnect notes are automatically updated with a note stating that the RA number has been received. The RA record is then flagged as "needs to be shipped". A new report shows all items that need to be shipped. The "needs to be shipped" report prints item labels and a shipping manifest for all items that are being shipped. Items on the "needs to be shipped" list can be checked with a mouse click and then processed in bulk with the date shipped and tracking number automatically added to all checked items.
