The printed report and spreadsheet export now allow for the exporting of payment detail in addition to payment summary. 209-05 release available 02/04/2009209-95 - dns version - dns general inventory speed entry bulk add - bug fix - the item store physical quantity was not being incremented when bulk add was used. This has been fixed.209-05 - dns version - employee payment report - bug fix - when chargebacks existed in a payment report and technician payments were calculated from service codes the total non-itemized amount in the printed report was inacurrate by the amount of the service code totals in the chargedback job. This has been fixed. 209-04 release available 02/02/2009209-04 - all versions - employee payroll report - the job type description now shows the actual job type rather than install or sale as before. This applies to the report window and printed summary for both regular CommPay and web server access.209-04 - all versions - the CommPay service manager now can be used to schedule data backup. This eliminates the need to use the Windows scheduler to schedule backups.209-04 - dns version - econnect importer - the econnect importer has been spit into two separate services. The importer now only imports new jobs. A new service called Econnect Updater has been added to update existing dns jobs from econnect. A "do not automatically delete RA records when job cancelled" check box has been added in dns general setup that when checked will prevent the job's RA records from being deleted when a date canceled is entered.209-03 - dns version - extended service code batch selection - the new connect list has added tabs for additional equipment and receivers. The service call/trouble call tab task list can now be sorted by description or service code.209-03 - dns version - econnect notes - previously, when econnect notes were viewed from a dns job record via econnect access all existing econnect notes in the job were deleted and a new list was built from the current notes download. Because econnect sometimes purges old notes those matching notes in the job record would also be purged if they are no longer available on econnect. The purpose of this is to show the remote technician only jobs that are cleared for payment.209-01 - dns version - scheduled jobs list - if a dns job has a previous tech listed the row for that job on the scheduled jobs list will now be highlighted in yellow. This allows probable callback jobs to be easily identified during job routing. As before, the previous tech feature must be setup in dns general setup before the scheduled jobs list will show the previous tech.209-01 - dns version - econnect importer - the automatic importer now checks jobs scheduled for the current day to see if the job has been removed from econnect. If the job cannot be found in the downloaded grid the cancel date is set in the job and the job status is set to "removed from econnect". The inventory assigned to the tech does not need to be returned and then transferred to the new warehouse/store - all transfer and reassignment is done automatically with a single button click in the inventory assignment and transfer window.209-01 - dns version - dns general inventory packaged part numbers have been added. This allows a dns general inventory part number to be created that consists of one or more other dns general inventory part numbers. When the dns packaged part number is used to add inventory to stock, transfer inventory from store to store, assign inventory to technicians, return inventory from technicians, or add inventory used in a job, all of the items and quantities that comprise the package are used in place of the package part number.209-01 - dns version - RA credit import - bug fix - dns jobs were being closed when an RA credit import made all credits received even though program setup indicated the job should not be closed when all payments are received. This has been fixed.209-01 - dns version - when a date cancelled is entered in a dns job all to-be-returned, has-been-returned, RA, and payment/credit due records are now automatically deleted from the job. All deleted records are notated in the job general notes. This applies to web access, standard program access, and the econnect importer. |
